Delivery Restrictions

While we do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered promptly, please note the following restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas. Please check your address during checkout for shipping availability.
  • Next Day and Express Delivery options are only available to specific postcodes in the UK. International shipping times may vary due to customs clearance processes.

Failed Deliveries

If you're not available to receive your order, our delivery partners will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or pick-up from a local collection point. If no one is available after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us, and you may incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
